DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN NAIROBI

Eka Hotel Nairobi

Arrive in Nairobi and meet your Rhino Tours representative before transferring to Eka Hotel Nairobi.

The remainder of the day is at leisure, giving you time to relax and prepare for your safari adventure.

DAY 2: NAIROBI – ABERDARE

After breakfast, depart Nairobi and travel towards the beautiful Aberdare highlands.

The landscape changes from the urban surroundings of Nairobi to agricultural countryside and the lush forests of central Kenya.

Arrive at Treetops Lodge, renowned for its unique wildlife-viewing location overlooking a waterhole and salt lick.

DAY 3: ABERDARE – OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY

After breakfast, depart Aberdare and drive towards the Laikipia region and Ol Pejeta Conservancy.

Enjoy scenic views of the central highlands and Mount Kenya before arriving at Maisha Sweetwater’s Camp.

After check-in and lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive.

DAY 4: FULL DAY AT OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY

Spend a full day exploring Ol Pejeta and discovering its exceptional wildlife and conservation initiatives.

Begin with an early morning game drive before continuing with further wildlife and conservation experiences during the day.

DAY 5: OL PEJETA – SAMBURU

After breakfast, leave Ol Pejeta and travel north towards Samburu National Reserve.

Watch the landscape transform from the greener central highlands into the dry and dramatic scenery of northern Kenya.

Arrive at Samburu Sopa Lodge, check in and enjoy lunch before your afternoon game drive.

An early morning game drive takes you through the reserve's plains and along the Ewaso Nyiro River, an important source of water for the region's wildlife.

After lunch and some relaxation at the lodge, enjoy your final afternoon game drive before returning for your last evening in Samburu.

After breakfast, depart Samburu and begin your journey back to Nairobi.

Depending on your departure arrangements, a short final morning game drive may be possible.
