From there, travel to Lake Nakuru, a birdwatcher’s paradise famous for flamingos and rhinos, before continuing to Amboseli National Park, set against the majestic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Tsavo East National Park offers a final taste of Kenya’s wild landscapes, with red elephants, vast plains, and abundant wildlife.

Day 1: ARRIVAL IN NAIROBI

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), your dedicated driver-guide will be waiting to welcome you with a friendly greeting and assistance with your luggage. You will then be transferred to Sarova Stanley, one of Nairobi’s most historic and elegant hotels.
Depending on your arrival time, you can spend the afternoon at leisure-relax by the pool or take a short walk in Nairobi city. This is a great opportunity to rest after your international flight and prepare for the exciting days ahead. Dinner is at your own cost, giving you the flexibility to try local or international cuisine.
Day 2: NAIROBI TO MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

After an early breakfast, depart Nairobi latest by 7:00 AM (EAT) for the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, a land of golden savannahs and abundant wildlife.
Along the way, stop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint for panoramic photographs and to admire the breathtaking escarpments and rolling hills.
As you enter Maasai Mara, enjoy a mini game drive en route to the lodge, spotting giraffes browsing, zebras grazing, and antelopes leaping across the savannah.
Arrive at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge in time for lunch. After a short rest, set off on your first afternoon game drive. Witness the magic of the Mara plains as lions laze under acacia trees, herds of elephants wander gracefully, and cheetahs stalk the grasslands. Birdwatchers will delight in the diverse species that call this reserve home.
Return to the lodge for dinner, enjoy the serene sounds of the wild at night, and relax for your first overnight stay under the African sky.
Day 3: Full Day in Maasai Mara

After breakfast, spend a full day exploring Maasai Mara’s vast plains, which are home to the Big Five: lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos.
You have two options:
Morning & Afternoon Game Drives: Begin with a sunrise drive when wildlife is most active, returning to the lodge for lunch and rest, then head out for another exciting afternoon drive.
Full-Day Game Drive with Picnic Lunch: Venture deep into the reserve with a packed picnic lunch. Witness predators hunting, elephants moving in family groups, and cheetahs sprinting across open plains.
Between July and October, the Mara hosts the Great Migration, where over a million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles cross the Mara River, braving crocodile-infested waters-an unforgettable spectacle if your travel dates align.
Return to Jambo Mara Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight. Evenings offer a magical chance to listen to the calls of hyenas and the distant roar of lions.
Day 4: Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner | Stay: Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge
After breakfast, check out and depart Maasai Mara. Enjoy a mini game drive while exiting the reserve, spotting wildlife you might have missed during previous drives.
Drive toward Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its flamingos, rhinos, and rich birdlife. Arrive at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge in time for lunch and a short rest.
In the afternoon, embark on a game drive in Lake Nakuru, exploring the park’s diverse habitats, from wooded areas to open grasslands and the shimmering lake. Look out for endangered Rothschild giraffes, lions, black and white rhinos, and flamingos lining the shores. Photography opportunities are excellent here, particularly at sunset when the lake reflects pink and orange skies.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park (via Naivasha)

After breakfast and check-out, journey toward Amboseli National Park, passing through the scenic Great Rift Valley.
Stop at Lake Naivasha for an optional boat ride, where you may spot hippos and a wide variety of birds. The tranquil waters and lush surroundings make it a refreshing break along your journey.
Continue toward Amboseli National Park. Arrive in time for a late lunch at Sopa Lodge Amboseli, your Accommodation for the next two Nights.
After a short rest, head out for your first Amboseli game drive, exploring the park’s open plains, swamps, and acacia woodlands. Look for elephant herds, lions, cheetahs, and the many species of antelopes that roam here. The golden light of the afternoon with Kilimanjaro as a backdrop makes this a perfect photography moment.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Full Day in Amboseli National Park

Enjoy a full day of wildlife exploration in Amboseli.
Wake up to the fresh Amboseli air and enjoy breakfast before setting off for a full-day game drive. Today, you will explore the park in-depth on a full-day game viewing adventure designed to maximize your wildlife sightings and photo opportunities.
To make the most of the day, you will carry a picnic lunch and enjoy it right in the heart of the park, surrounded by stunning scenery and free-roaming animals.
Amboseli’s open plains are perfect for spotting wildlife. Look out for elephants moving in large groups, lions resting beneath the acacia trees, cheetahs scanning the grasslands, and many more species. Bird lovers will be thrilled with sightings of crowned cranes, bee-eaters, and many others.
A highlight of the day is visiting Observation Hill, a volcanic hill that gives panoramic views of Amboseli’s swamps and plains, with Kilimanjaro rising in the background on clear days.
Later in the day, you will visit a Maasai village to experience their culture and traditions. Watch traditional dances, learn about their way of life, and explore handmade crafts.
As the sun begins to Set, enjoy the magical golden light illuminating the plains, with Mount Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak offering a breathtaking backdrop before returning to camp for dinner and relaxation.
Day 7: Amboseli to Tsavo East National Park
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner | Stay: Voi Wildlife Lodge
After an early breakfast, check out and drive to Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s largest and most iconic wildlife destinations.
On the way into the park, enjoy a mini game drive, spotting red elephants, antelopes, giraffes, and perhaps lions or cheetahs.
Arrive at Voi Wildlife Lodge for lunch. After a short rest, embark on an afternoon game drive to explore Tsavo East’s vast landscapes and iconic wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and diverse bird species.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Tsavo East to Diani Beach
